Business Operations Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Administrator to join our friendly contracting team in Walsall, West Midlands. This part-time role involves working on site Monday – Friday, 5 hours per day.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings and support the Office Safety Meeting
- Prioritise and multitask daily duties
- Support the Contracting team with general requests
- Enter information onto our databases and produce reports
- Order office stationery supplies and office welfare supplies
- Maintain spreadsheets of all material used to assist with month end process
- Order daily materials, stock replenishment, and other ad hoc material requirements
- Ensure calibration of equipment is up to date and maintain calibration records
- Provide assistance with production of presentations, documents, reports, and general correspondence
- Answer phones and redirect relevant calls, monitor the shared inbox for general emails and queries
Requirements
- Strong IT and communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and people skills, with the ability to multitask
- Excellent team working skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with colleagues
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to ensure effective communication with a wide range of contacts
- Discretion and trustworthiness, along with flexibility and adaptability
