We are seeking a dedicated and passionate ESOL lecturer to join our team at Blackburn College. As a Lecturer, you will have the opportunity to positively impact learners' lives by delivering high-quality English language instruction.

Job Summary:

  • Deliver ESOL classes to a diverse range of learners, including International learners, Commercial, Job Centre Plus, NEET or similar provision from outside agencies.
  • Teach full-time and part-time learners in various settings, including off-site, workplace, and vocational environments.

Requirements:

  • Hold a recognised Level 5 teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one.
  • Possess a Level 5 subject specialist qualification in ESOL or be willing to work towards it.
  • Have experience in teaching ESOL students in further education, ideally with a variety of settings.
