About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Special Operations team as a Gas Infrastructure Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our gas infrastructure, including laying new gas mains and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work predominately on PRE activities, excavating in public and private highways, and maintaining and repairing gas pipes using Core and Vac technology.
  • Work in a variety of outdoor environments, ensuring safe working practices and collaborating with a team.
  • Embed new innovative tooling and equipment, and utilize computer field systems to achieve high standards of safety and technical competence.
Requirements
  • A friendly and approachable attitude, with excellent customer service skills, when working as part of a team.
  • Qualifications: GN01, GN02. Preferred but not essential: NRSWA, ELR.
  • A full and valid driving license is essential.
  • HGV C (Class 2) qualifications are preferred but not essential.
  • Comfortable with technology and willing to adapt to innovative tooling.
