We are looking for a skilled Complex Care Assistant to provide high-quality care to individuals with complex health needs in North Finchley, London.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in tracheostomy care, enteral feeding, ventilation, and suctioning, as well as excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
- Care Delivery: Provide comprehensive care to clients, including daily living activities, mobility support, and medical interventions.
- Client Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing personalized care plans.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal client outcomes.
