Non-Emergency Transport Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Non-Emergency Transport Services Manager to join our team at West Midlands Ambulance Service University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services contract, you will play a vital role in planning and coordinating patients' journeys to and from their hospital appointments.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that patients receive timely and efficient transportation, while also maintaining excellent communication with operational crews and hospital staff. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, making outbound calls to other professionals and the general public, and handling incoming calls from drivers regarding their work and shift arrangements.
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of customer care experience, along with advance keyboard skills and the ability to work as part of a team. You should also be willing to undertake required in-house training and complete the Educare Training Programme within six months of commencing with the Trust.
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and caring individual who thrives in a pressurised working environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
