They are seeking a seasoned Senior Site Manager/Project Manager to lead projects in the region, with the first project being located in the City Centre.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with excellent client-facing skills and an approachable manner. They should have a track record of delivering successful projects and solid experience working on projects during the preconstruction stage. An inspiring leader who is happy to travel across the North West and health & safety driven is desired. Experience using ASTA planning software is also required.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will oversee part of a project with values going up to £140 million. They will lead projects through the preconstruction stage, taking them through to delivery and handover. Managing client relationships and ensuring projects are being ran to a high quality, on time, within budget and processes are being followed are key responsibilities. Working closely with the health & safety department to ensure best practice is being achieved is also required.
