About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Ward Manager to join our team at Priory Hospital Dewsbury. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing senior nursing leadership and clinical expertise to our patients with mental health issues and neurodegenerative disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day nursing input on the wards, working closely with other members of the MDT to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Support the Ward Manager in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for nursing staff.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and support the professional development of nursing staff.
