Job Title: Software Engineer - Support and Reliability

At 10Duke, we're committed to delivering exceptional system reliability and support to our software vendors. As a Software Engineer - Support and Reliability, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding system reliability and support through incident management, reliability engineering, and automation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of playbooks and support procedures
  • Respond to support requests in a timely manner
  • Participate in incident reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing
  • Maintain cloud deployments in development, test, pre-production, and production environments
  • Customize 10Duke products for software vendors' requirements
  • Contribute to code reviews and participate in open source client libraries for 10Duke's software products
Requirements:
  • Experience in software development using Java,.NET, C++, or Python
  • Experience working with software deployed to public cloud (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of RDBMS (e.g. postgres) and SQL
  • Experience with source control, continuous integration, and continuous deployment
  • Knowledge of scripting languages, particularly shell or bash
  • Understanding of networking and application, access, and network infrastructure logs
