About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and caring Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with spinal cord injuries and complex health needs in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with personal care, medication, and daily living activities
  • Assist with bowel and bladder management, as well as mobility and transfers
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • Valid full UK driving license and ability to drive an assisted vehicle
  • Flexibility and reliability to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service
