About the Role
We are seeking a Front Desk Ambassador to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome to our customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide first-class customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, helping them to develop life skills and achieve their goals.
- Handle emergency situations with confidence and poise, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our customers.
- Organize and run social activities to enhance the overall experience of our customers.
- Maintain the security and integrity of our facilities, conducting regular fire safety checks and ensuring that all protocols are followed.
Requirements
- Experience working with vulnerable adults or young people, preferably in a care or support environment.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in challenging situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Confident user of IT systems, with experience of using software applications to record customer information and track progress.
