Physiotherapist - Community Rehabilitation

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team in Adult Community Rehabilitation. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing specialist assessment, rehabilitation, and management for individuals with various therapy needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe, effective, and efficient interventions working with all relevant services to ensure patient/carer needs are met.
- Undertake comprehensive assessments and accurate diagnoses of patients, including those with complex presentations.
- Formulate individualised clinical management programmes, utilising a wide range of treatment skills and options.
- Provide spontaneous and planned advice, teaching, and instruction to relatives, carers, and other disciplines to promote understanding of the aims of Physiotherapy.
- Manage clinical risk within own patient caseload and delegate to rehabilitation assistants appropriately.
