Sustainability and Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team at Smurfit Westrock as a Sustainability and Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in reducing our environmental impact and ensuring the smooth operation of our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reduce waste and implement recycling initiatives across the business
- Manage the receipt of goods and services from contractors and suppliers
- Enter data into SAP and maintain accurate records
- Assess and review daily performance, working closely with the team to identify areas for improvement
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
- Operate forklift trucks as required
Requirements:
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Math at grade C or above
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- IT/Office-related qualification or equivalent
- Understanding of SAP or similar ERP systems
