Hydrogeology Consultant

We are seeking a talented Graduate Hydrogeologist to join our team in Shrewsbury, as part of our 2025 Graduate Programme.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with one of the largest Hydrogeology teams in the UK, providing services in water resources, groundwater modelling, and environmental impact assessments.
As a Graduate Hydrogeologist, you will be responsible for supporting multiple clients across environmental, geotechnical, and water disciplines, working with industry, regulators, and water companies across the UK and occasionally overseas.
You will work on a variety of projects, providing high-quality solutions to challenges faced in the water and mineral sectors, including assessing the impacts of climate change, investigating sustainability, and developing conceptual understanding of regional aquifers.
You will have the opportunity to carry out technical field work and office-based work, developing your ability to collect and analyse data, and to conceptualise and quantitatively describe hydrological systems and processes.
