Cinch Connectors, a leading provider of high-quality copper and optical fiber interconnect solutions, is seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Engineer to join their team in Worksop.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will have a direct impact on Cinch's continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with the Design Engineering team to support and enhance process development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Support: Collaborating with Design Engineering to develop new processes and products, including training staff on production standards.
  • Training and Assessment: Developing shop floor skills assessments, delivering training sessions, and supporting 5S assessments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess:

  1. A degree or graduate-level qualification in Engineering.
  2. Primarily based at the Worksop facility, with occasional domestic travel to other Cinch plants, customer sites, or suppliers.
