Senior Operating Department Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Team Leader to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a leading healthcare provider based in London, providing a wide range of medical procedures in modern surroundings.
The successful candidate will have over 2 years' experience in theatres and demonstrate clinical expertise relevant to the area of responsibilities. They will also have previous experience of leading change in a clinical environment, as well as an understanding of HR processes and issues pertaining to staff management.
The role involves promoting and maintaining high standards of individualised nursing care, assessing and planning the needs of patients, and ensuring accurate records are maintained. The leader will also be responsible for implementing Clinical Guidelines and auditing practice, with support from senior colleagues and the Clinical Governance Lead.
The successful Theatre Team Leader will receive an excellent salary of £42,500 per annum, which includes benefits such as a pension scheme, life assurance, and employee assistance programme.
