**About the Role**

CV-Library is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team. As a Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to our clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate and commercial matters
• Assist with the preparation and review of contracts and agreements

**Requirements**

• Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in corporate law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
