Job Title: Machine Operator

Kinetic Industrial is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at a cable manufacturer in Worsley.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to work on a 3-shift basis, rotating weekly. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for measuring and feeding raw materials into machinery, operating production line equipment, and monitoring the production process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure and feed batches of raw materials into machinery
  • Operate production line equipment, such as conveyor lines and hoists
  • Operate machine tools, such as lathes and grinders
  • Monitor the production process and quality control check products
  • Identify equipment faults and report to maintenance staff
  • Clean and maintain work areas and machinery
Requirements:
  • Experience in the cable industry is desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Good level of Maths and English skills
