Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience. We offer a competitive pension scheme, 33 days annual leave (incl. Public Holidays), and access to our benefits portal with online staff discounts.

Job Description

As an Autism Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve independence and personal goals. Your responsibilities will include supporting and transporting individuals to integrate into their community, developing home making skills and personal chores, and helping individuals achieve independence and personal goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to be resilient, supportive, and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the people supported and their families.
