We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Macclesfield Academy. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to our students and ensuring the smooth operation of our food outlet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve a range of food and beverages to students in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Contribute to the general cleaning of the kitchen and food prep areas, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Prepare food to a high standard, adhering to food safety guidelines and regulations
  • Work collaboratively as part of a great team to ensure the efficient operation of the outlet
  • Ensure the front and back of house areas are kept clean and tidy, presenting a positive image of Aramark
  • Stock counters and ensure serveries are clean and presentable at all times
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements
  • Full training will be provided to the right candidate
  • A security clearance check is required for this role
  • Previous catering experience is desirable, but not essential
