We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the West of Scotland. As a Commercial Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing project costs and ensuring timely payments to subcontractors and suppliers.

About the Role:
  • Manage project budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate measurement and valuation of work executed.
  • Negotiate final accounts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contracts.

Requirements: 1+ year experience in heavy civil engineering projects, ideally with NEC contract experience. Strong commercial skills and attention to detail required.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
