IT Director

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our technology function and drive strategic growth. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire technology function, including ERP, CRM, applications, networking, security, development, and support.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement a strategic technology plan, roadmap, and budget
* Work closely with the senior management team and board on commercial activities within and outside of technology and IT
* Manage third-party suppliers and agreements
* Lead a team of 8 and manage a range of projects
* Develop and implement crisis management planning and focus on security issues and threats
* Plan and implement new technology to ensure best tools, systems, and platforms are considered

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in a broad range of IT disciplines at SLT level or above
* Strong leadership skills with experience in recruiting and developing a team in a growing business
* Ability to work at all levels with a hands-on approach and excellent communication skills
* Ability to see the bigger picture and focus on commercial outcomes and investment in new and appropriate technologies
