We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team at Next PLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in implementing the Oracle Fusion ERP system and transitioning accounts receivables into the new finance system.
Responsibilities- Work closely with the operations team to design and implement processes for transitioning accounts receivables into the new finance system.
- Collaborate with the accounts payable and procurement leads to ensure seamless integration of the new system.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the existing accounts receivables team, QA and finance UAT teams, and change management and adoption team.
- Provide input into training plans and support the development of user training materials.
- Work closely with the reporting team to ensure accurate and timely reconciliations and operational analysis.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the transition, ensuring controls are in place to prevent errors and discrepancies.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable processes, including sales ledger and credit control.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work methodically and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
