Front of House Team Member Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at German Doner Kebab.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a positive experience for every guest.
  2. Process guest orders through the POS system and deliver orders to the kitchen.
  3. Prepare and pack food and beverages to the brand standard.
  4. Upsell additional food items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
  5. Process sales, provide guests with receipts, and deliver food.
  6. Greet every guest in a genuine and warm manner.
  7. Answer the telephone and deal with guest enquiries.
  8. Assemble and package orders to the brand standard.
  9. Keep all guest areas clean, sanitary, and tidy.
  10. Work to brand standards and deliver exceptional guest service.

Key Skills and Knowledge

  1. Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other team members.
  2. Ability to maintain a clean and smart appearance.
  3. Positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks.
  4. Exhibits a cheerful and helpful attitude and always provides excellent guest care.
  5. Adapts to changing business volume levels with a sense of urgency.
  6. Complete understanding of the menu and Allergens.
  7. Ability to follow instructions to achieve brand standards.
  8. Ability to fill in daily paperwork in line with brand standards.
  9. Maintain the ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen and front counter.
  10. Believes and cares for exceptional guest service and impeccable standards.
