Audit Senior Opportunity

TPF Recruitment is assisting an independent firm of chartered accountants in their search for an Audit Senior. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified professional to take on a key role within the firm's audit department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring they are completed within budget and deadlines.
  • Supervise junior team members during audit engagements, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Review work performed by junior staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Prepare statutory accounts for a range of clients, including limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders.
  • Liaise with clients to discuss audit findings, provide advice, and resolve queries.
  • Assist in the development of audit methodologies and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Newly or part-qualified ACA/ACCA
  • Significant recent audit experience
  • Strong technical skills and experience of UK GAAP and FRS 102 reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
  • A team player who is also comfortable leading juniors
Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from 40,000 to 45,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
