Supply Care Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to lead our Assessment Team in Gloucestershire.
About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and passionate professional to manage a team of social workers, providing high-quality services to vulnerable children and families. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a team plan that aligns with Children's Services strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support a team of social workers to deliver services of the highest quality.
- Develop a team plan in line with Children's Services strategic objectives and provide management oversight on all cases with a clear understanding of risk.
- Manage the team's workflow and quality assure work through observations, reflective supervision, and GCC's quality assurance framework.
- Contribute towards the development of the framework itself.
- Build positive relationships with colleagues within both the service and partner agencies to ensure support and protection for vulnerable children and young people across the County.
- CSW/CQSW/DipSW/BA/MA in Social Work.
- Current Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without work permit or visa restrictions.
- Commitment to the safe care and wellbeing of vulnerable people.
Hybrid working opportunities (2-3 days in the office) and a competitive benefits package, including 5 days annual leave rising to 30.
