Rotational Occupational Therapy Role in a Busy NHS Setting

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Therapy department at Northampton General Hospital. As a rotational Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in various clinical areas, including Acute Medicine, Elderly Care, Urgent Care, Frailty, Surgery, Trauma and Orthopaedics, Stroke, Respiratory, and Hand Therapy.
Your responsibilities will include delivering a quality Occupational Therapy Service, working closely with other members of the Multidisciplinary Team, including Physiotherapy, Technical Instructors, Nurses, Medics, and the Hospital Complex Case Discharge Team. You will also contribute towards staff and service development activities, participating in team meetings and service development sessions.
This role offers a competitive salary range of £29,750 - £41,604 per annum (dependent on experience) and additional benefits such as access to training and development opportunities, a pension scheme, and flexible working arrangements.
