We are seeking an Experienced Structural Technician to join our successful structural engineering team in Cardiff. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects that are engaging and help develop your existing skillset portfolio.

Our national civil, highways, structural and water engineering team is led from Bristol, with established teams in various locations across the UK. You will have the chance to work collaboratively with our senior engineers and learn from their expertise.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced use of AutoCAD and REVIT to produce building and structural design information.
  • Delivery of digital models and technical drawings for the design of various structures throughout the UK.
  • Liaising with other designers and external consultants to enable coordination of project drawings.
  • Providing input for project designs and reports.
  • Development of AutoCAD/REVIT procedures and quality control.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A positive, enthusiastic and collaborative team player.
  • Knowledge of structural engineering and building detailing.
  • Proficient in computer-aided drawing and the use of AutoCAD and REVIT to produce 2D and 3D models, drawings and schedules.
