As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising on reinvestment programmes, providing specialist input on surveying matters, and managing cyclical and capital work projects. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve asset quality and reduce costs.
  • Provide expert advice on surveying matters, including Disrepairs, Awareness Notices, Stock Condition surveys and other property inspections.
  • Manage cyclical and capital work projects in line with legislation and make appropriate recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Qualified to AssocRIC, MRICS CIOB, Degree in Surveying or currently undertaking the qualification.
  • Proven experience in working with others to deliver property related works.
  • Experience of working within a building, surveying and maintenance environment.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft package.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
