About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CBT Therapist to join our Outpatient Team at Priory Hospital Barnt Green. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality CBT therapy to clients with a range of mental health needs, including depression, anxiety, OCD, and trauma.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver CBT therapy sessions to clients, adhering to clinical guidelines and protocols
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the Outpatient Service
Requirements
  • Registered with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP)
  • Experience in delivering CBT therapy to adults with mental health needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning
