Corporate Tax Manager

KPMG's Tax practice is a dynamic and successful area of our business. A constantly changing and increasingly high-profile field, Tax can offer a surprisingly broad range of quality career paths to ambitious people.

Our London region CTAC team is a fast-growing part of our Tax practice with a diverse client base ranging from PE-backed, owner-managed, and family businesses through to UK listed and multinationals. This opportunity is based in our Gatwick office, although we work closely with our 5 other offices within the London region.

Working in our successful CTAC business will give you the opportunity to develop relationships with clients as you manage the tax compliance process together with getting involved in various advisory projects such as business reorganisations, tax authority enquiries, pre/post transaction reorganisations, refinancing, cash repatriation, interest deductibility, and the impact of global fiscal change.

This exciting role is within our London region Corporate Tax Advisory & Compliance team, based in our Gatwick office.

The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships, develop junior staff, provide excellent client service, and identify business development opportunities.

Liaise with the client service team and with colleagues in other tax disciplines as well as the audit and accounting discipline to provide a coordinated service to the client.

Ensure that clients are kept up to date on developments within the corporate tax world that may affect their businesses.

Lead by example with client relationships, technical quality, and service delivery.

Actively promote team and personal profile to internal networks in order to promote collaboration and increase internal leads.

Manage our engagement quality and risk processes and client financials.

Strong educational background (preferably 2:1 or higher University degree)

ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent qualified with strong corporate tax and accounting knowledge.

Display an inclusive, collaborative approach and operate in a respectful manner with colleagues, clients, and the wider community.

Build the reputation of KPMG through the quality of work, knowledge, and experience.
