Job Description

We are seeking two highly skilled professionals to join our Funding Policy and Systems Team. The successful candidates will have expertise in technical data management and reporting, as well as experience in stakeholder management.

The roles involve leading relationships with key stakeholders, including education providers and internal programme management leads. You will apply your knowledge of data requirements and funding rules to define data reporting needs and produce technical guidance for stakeholders.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Leading relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Defining data reporting requirements for GLA delivery teams and producing technical guidance for stakeholders.
  • Contributing to monthly collection and processing of operational programme data.
  • Working collaboratively with ESFA and other devolved authority technical leads to develop mutually beneficial adaptations of national data collection systems.

You will be based at the London Fire Brigade's Head Office in SE1 0LL, working closely with the team to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Expert knowledge of technical elements forming the skills data collection, validation, and funding system.
  • Operational experience of how GLA-funded Adult Skills Fund provision fits into the overall data collection and validation system for FE and skills providers.
  • Ability to understand and investigate technical data coding and validation issues and provide appropriate advice on potential causes and solutions.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, reflecting the importance of these roles in our organization. Based on current market rates, we estimate the salary to be around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
