**Senior External Audit Manager Position**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior External Audit Manager to join our International Audit Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering quality audits to multinational companies and managing complex, cross-border audit projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Project Management: Overseeing and leading large, complex audit engagements or a portfolio of smaller engagements with international elements.
  • Quality Assurance: Delivering high-quality, trusted audits in line with ISAs, IFRS, UK GAAP, and other key regulatory frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborating and communicating confidently with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners, delivering timely and transparent reports.
  • Staff Development: Managing and mentoring teams, ensuring continued professional development while fostering a collaborative working environment.
  • Commercial Acumen: Utilizing strong commercial and financial management skills to oversee audit portfolios and identify growth opportunities for the business.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in delivering audits and assurance services to major multinational entities, including audit management experience, with at least 12 months UK experience. Strong knowledge of ISAs, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting Standards, with experience conducting Group Audits. Experience working with internationally focused clients, ideally including travel and cross-border projects.
