About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Alan Mitchell, a leading global mid-market bank with a strong track record in completing successful technology mergers and acquisitions. The firm's senior bankers leverage comprehensive industry knowledge and relationships to maximize value for a wide range of global technology companies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the execution of technology mergers and acquisitions mandates and the origination of new business development leads.
  2. Analyzing and explaining companies' historical and projected financial information and business plans.
  3. Coordinating and performing business due diligence.
  4. Preparing marketing materials e.g. management presentations, marketing pitches, and other presentations.
  5. Valuing companies and businesses.
  6. Assisting in the marketing and planning of mergers and acquisitions engagements.
  7. Supervising and coaching junior staff members in the completion of presentations, research and financial analyses.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions deal execution from an investment bank, boutique advisory firm or from a Big 4 corporate finance/M&A team.
  2. Demonstrable knowledge of mergers and acquisitions processes.
  3. Financial acumen and ability to value technology companies based on their financial profile, strategic relevance, technology attractiveness and end market attractiveness.
  4. Aptitude for financial analysis, interpretation and presentation in marketing materials.
  5. Able to work in complex situations and deliver results.
  6. Problem solving aptitude.
  7. Able to manage multiple engagements and shifting priorities.
  8. Creativity and ability to innovate / think out of the box.
  9. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  10. Proactivity, energy and enthusiasm.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
