About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at one of our prestigious hotels. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work effectively as part of a team, maintaining a clean and safe working environment while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including discounted hotel stays, opportunities for professional development, and a positive work-life balance.

  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar position
