Building Control Specialist

The successful candidate will have a strong background in building regulations and compliance, with experience in conducting site inspections and providing expert guidance to clients and contractors.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from 60,000 to 80,000 per annum, along with benefits including 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension contribution, and performance-based bonus scheme.
A degree in Building Surveying, Construction, or a related field is required, as well as proficiency in using relevant software and tools. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the North West are also essential.
