Cummins Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Training and Development Specialist to join our Logistics Centre Training Team in Daventry. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering training and development programs associated with supply chain key processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistical support for training programs, assist with needs analysis, audience analysis, and task analysis.
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of training programs.
  • Prepare instructional materials, including participant guides and presentations.
  • Maintain records and reports on individual and group training progress.
  • Gather data and information for improvement recommendations.
  • Support learning and development activities, instructor-led events, and e-learning.

Requirements

  • Working towards a degree in Business Management or Supply Chain related field.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in a Training role is beneficial.
  • Ability to understand process flows and create process documentation.
