Pre-Commissioning Engineer

At SER Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Pre-Commissioning Engineer to join our team of experts in water treatment services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our water treatment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out flushing of primary and secondary systems, as well as fan coil units, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform pre-commissioning chemical cleans on LTHW and CHW systems to maintain water quality.
  • Check water flow rates and velocities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Undertake backflushing and power flushing of systems to remove debris and contaminants.
  • Sample water systems and test water quality to ensure it meets regulatory requirements.
  • Work in line with BSRIA guidelines to ensure high-quality results.
  • Liaise with clients to provide continuous support and technical advice.
  • Produce detailed reports for clients based on site information.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Ideal location: London and surrounding areas, as the majority of the role will be based in London.
