The Belfry Spa is a luxurious oasis, offering a serene ambiance and state-of-the-art amenities. Our highly skilled therapists provide personalized treatments, delivering over 4000 treatments monthly. Guests enjoy a range of ESPA treatments, leaving them feeling blissfully restored and renewed.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to join our team. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering luxurious and relaxing treatments to our guests. You will work in a supportive team environment, using top-quality products and ingredients to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality treatments to guests, using ESPA products and techniques
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel relaxed and rejuvenated
  • Work collaboratively with the spa team to maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate, comprising a base rate and estimated gratuities. You will also have the opportunity to earn up to 12% commission on product sales, as well as participate in regular product and treatment incentives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold an NVQ Level 3 in Spa Therapy. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
