Job Title: Adult Communication Disorders Therapist

iCare24 Group is seeking a highly skilled Adult Communication Disorders Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality communication support.

About the Role
  • We are looking for an experienced Speech Language Specialist with a strong background in clinical areas of adults with acquired communication and swallowing disorders.
  • You will have extensive postgraduate experience working in hospital and community settings, including outpatient and home visits.
  • Your expertise in dysphagia and communication support will enable you to make a significant impact on patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to support patients with acquired communication and swallowing disorders.
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
  3. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individualized communication support to patients.
  4. Deliver training sessions to healthcare professionals and family members/significant others on communication support techniques.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
