About the Role

This Manufacturing Technician position involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Fridays. As a key member of our team at Rubicon Recruitment Agency, you will have the opportunity to work for a well-established manufacturing business and gain exposure to the manufacturing and logistics industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing, assembling, and wiring of units
  • Using digital instructions and diagrams
  • Conducting quality checks
  • Using hand and power tools

Requirements:

  • A good eye for detail
  • Previous hands-on experience in a similar environment (preferred)
  • A willingness to learn and work within a manufacturing environment
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
