Job Title: Conveyancing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Specialist to join our team at Antony James Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Running and managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
• Dealing with Freehold/Leasehold sales, purchases and re-mortgages
• Preparing Contract packs
• Investigating and reporting on title
• Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and other lawyers
• Exchanges and completions
• Post-completion formalities including SDLT and Land Registry
• Compliance including AML and SRA rules and regulations
• Acting for and dealing with lender requirements
• All other reasonable duties in connection with providing an all-round conveyancing service

Requirements:

• Licenced Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced fee earner
• Experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing
• Interest in networking and business development

Salary Estimate: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
