Shift Manager Role at Wingstop

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Wingstop. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of crew members to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management and cash handling
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching and training to crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 6-12 months of supervisory or management experience in a QSR environment
  • Strong customer service and team leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Commercial awareness and ability to drive sales growth
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
