Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our team in Warrington or St Helen's area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, including PPM and reactive maintenance, and excellent client facing skills.

This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime and standby payments. The salary is up to £38,000 per annum, and a van is provided.

Main Responsibilities:
- Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, lighting, emergency lighting, controls, and BMS
- Performing basic plumbing maintenance, AHU/fan coil upkeep, and fabric duties
- Conducting checks and compliance duties, including water and tap temperatures
- Assisting with small works installation and emergency repairs

Requirements:
- Qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
- Proven experience with PPM and reactive maintenance
- Excellent client facing skills
- Valid driving license
