Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior nursing leadership to the ward nursing team, supporting the Ward Manager in maintaining high standards of care and ensuring the effective delivery of clinical services. This will involve working closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team, including consultants, therapists, and healthcare professionals, to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and guidance to the ward nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the Ward Manager to develop and implement care plans, ensuring that they are person-centered and tailored to the individual needs of our patients.
• Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of clinical services and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
