Experienced Social Worker / Senior Social Worker

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities Team in the London Borough of Greenwich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in need.

About the Role
  • Provide social work services to children and families in need, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
  • Work closely with other professionals, including healthcare and education providers, to ensure comprehensive support for children and families.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to address the needs of children and families, including providing support and guidance to parents and carers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
Requirements
  • Qualified Social Worker with a recognized Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration.
  • Significant relevant experience in a similar role, including experience working with children and families in need.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and other professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality social work services.
