Overview


CVL:LDN, a leading utility company, is seeking an experienced Senior Civils Project Coordinator to oversee high-voltage civils power projects and cabling.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Managing deep excavation for power projects involving civils, cabling, and reinstatement.
  • Conducting regular site progress meetings with the client as a representative of the Operations Manager.
  • Ensuring all projects are constructed to CDM Regulations in a safe manner as per designs and documented correctly.
  • Working closely with Project Quantity Surveyors having full commercial awareness of projects.
  • Updating Project Planners regularly.
  • Ensuring all required plant and materials are on-site when needed.
  • Carrying out regular site audits.

Requirements:


The ideal candidate will have previous project management experience in civils deep excavation power works and cabling, along with a good knowledge of current legislation, technical standards, and specifications.


A strong understanding of CDM Regulations and commercial awareness are essential. Additionally, good I.T skills, preferably using planning software, are necessary for this role.


Salary Information:


We offer a competitive salary up to £70,000, plus a company car or allowance, fuel card, bonus, pension, and 25 days' holiday + bank holidays.

The bonus structure is designed to reward exceptional performance and aligns with the company's goals. Eligible employees can earn up to a certain percentage of their annual salary based on individual and team performance targets.
