We are seeking an exceptional Chef Manager to join our team at Wilson Vale, a leading contract caterer in the UK.


About the Role



  • As a Chef Manager at Wilson Vale, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen and the preparation and cooking of all food production.
  • You will cater to the needs of all customers, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and quality food.
  • With a strong leadership background, you will be responsible for managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring that they are motivated and working efficiently.
  • You will deliver consistent food standards, following the Wilson Vale brand standards, and ensuring that all food is fresh, seasonal, and of high quality.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for food safety, hygiene, and Health and Safety, both in practice and in keeping relevant records.
  • You will also be responsible for allergy reporting, sign-posting to customers, budgeting, ordering, stock taking, and training.
  • With a passion for exceptional service, you will be responsible for creating a broad range of fresh and seasonal food for our clients.
