Position Overview
Due to ongoing expansion, we are currently looking for a Compensation Specialist to become a vital part of our Payroll department at Culina Group.
In this role, you will deliver a thorough and precise payroll support service that encompasses the entire employee lifecycle process, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
As the ideal candidate, your contributions will significantly impact the overall performance of the organization, and you will report directly to the Payroll Manager.
This is a full-time, permanent role with working hours from Monday to Friday, specifically 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM on Monday and Tuesday, and 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Key Responsibilities of the Compensation Specialist include:
Manage the processing of monthly and weekly payrolls, ensuring accurate calculation and input of timesheets and expense claims, while adhering to established procedures and timelines. Ensure that all attendance and absence records, as well as statutory payments such as SMP/CSP/SSP, are accurately calculated and entered into the HR and Payroll systems within required deadlines. Establish statutory and third-party deductions within the payroll system, including attachment of earnings orders, ensuring timely and accurate deductions. Generate and distribute payroll-related reports as instructed by the Payroll Manager. Oversee the payroll inbox and address queries promptly and effectively. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a professional, efficient, and effective service is provided to all employees across the organization. Address wage inquiries related to the transport management system. Maintain accurate records of data input, hours worked, and employee absences.Required Qualifications
To be considered for the role of Compensation Specialist, you should possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications:
Previous experience in payroll processing. Proficient in using spreadsheets. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong knowledge of MS Office Excel. Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively. Consistent and timely completion of tasks with minimal disruption to operations. High accuracy in payroll processing with minimal errors. Self-motivated, confident, and diligent. Payroll Level 3 certification is advantageous. Familiarity with iTrent software is a plus.Additional Information
