Job Title: Aircraft Compliance Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our systems and controls align with regulatory requirements. We're seeking a motivated individual who can partner with our business to drive compliance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date on UK and EU regulatory developments, collaborating with regulators to ensure our policies are current.
  • Act as a compliance expert, advising senior leaders on control environments to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Interpret and communicate new regulatory requirements to senior management, ensuring our products and services comply.
  • Provide compliance input to business transformation initiatives and ensure preparedness for regulatory changes.
  • Offer analysis on regulatory and risk developments, contributing to executive and board reporting.
  • Support the Senior Managers & Certification Regime, including maintaining regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the Risk & Compliance team for knowledge sharing.
  • Assist in embedding a customer-focused compliance culture.
  • Review and develop LMS training to meet regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar compliance/audit role within Financial Services, ideally in Insurance.
  • Solid understanding of the UK Regulatory environment and relevant legislation.
  • Experience interpreting regulatory changes and assessing their impact on the business.
  • Ability to review procedures, communicate findings, and influence senior management to ensure compliance.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and report writing skills.
