Residential M&E Surveyor - Central London

We are seeking a skilled M&E Surveyor to join our team at Falmouth Fairfax, working closely with our programme management team across our residential estate portfolio in Central London. This role represents an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, focused on personal career development and open communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate M&E systems and services in residential buildings, identifying areas for improvement and refurbishment.
  • Develop and implement refurbishment plans, working closely with programme managers and contractors to deliver high-quality results.
  • Lead technical discussions and negotiations with contractors, ensuring that M&E works meet the highest standards.
  • Contribute to the development of the 5-year investment plan, defining project scope and budget for circa £10 million worth of refurbishment work per annum.

Requirements:

  • Degree in building services engineering, M&E or equivalent, CIBSE qualified preferable.
  • c.5 years' experience in M&E building services and condition surveying, preferably within residential stock.
  • Experience of Keystone or Orchard database would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
